"“I know that as hard as I work — and I work very hard — I very well may fail. And it’s liberating to know that.” The key word is “liberating.” In the age of the start-up, of fortunes gained and lost overnight, of flawed ideas in need of continual debugging and re-tweaking, failure is the default outcome and also, at times, the ground zero of eventual triumph." The Millenials - NYTimes

"If you don't have time to watch the whole video here are the notes I took:
Study 30 minutes take five minute break repeat.
Create a study area
Think about concepts, think about what you're trying to learn
instead of memorizing line after line of the book.
More sleep
take notes, right after class expand on the ideas
ask a classmate or teacher when fuzzy on something
best way to learn is to teach someone else or talk outloud to yourself
SQ3R: Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review
Surveying is going through the chapter and getting an idea what it's about and then asking questions as you go.
Mnemonics: acronyms, coined sayings and interacting images"
